About Dana Carr

Hello! I have been singing and dancing with friends to feel good for as long as I can remember! I have enthusiastically participated in countless group dance fitness classes over the years and believe in the power of simple, authentic dance to create health and joyfulness in my life and in the world. Since becoming a certified Nia White Belt Teacher in 2016 and a licensed Groove Facilitator in 2019, I have led hundreds of dance experiences both in-person and online. I am currently most passionate about sharing The Groove DANCEfloor Experience with adults, kids, families and seniors in as many settings as possible — if you can move, you can Groove!
