Groove is the easiest and best dance exercise in the world and is great for every body.  I'd love to meet and dance with you.  I run a weekly live class on Friday mornings in South Woodford, East London, and also 3 Zoom classes a week.

I live in Wanstead in East London, UK, and I love walking, dancing, food and cooking and gardening - among other things.  In short, I love life, people, movement and having fun.  I discovered Groove by chance on Facebook. I have always believed that dance is the best way to keep the body, mind and spirit well, active, flexible and connected, but I've never enjoyed being pressured into learning dance routines.  I have always felt each dancer's own body
