About Alison Harris

Hi my name is Alison and I'm super excited to be bringing Groove classes to Swansea and Wales, UK!

I started with Body Groove in March 2020 and fell in love with it. Went to some Funky Fridays and a Groovin' my Life workshop in October where I pledged to my breakout partner that I would sign up for Facilitator training which I did straight after the call ended.

Roll onto February 2021 and I started my training, and passed in April!

I love to Groove because it's is amazing for my mental wellbeing.
