Where can I activate my license?
Click into My Profile and scroll to the blue box.
Choose Adult License - this will provide you access to both modalities (Adult and Kids) if you have been trained in both and are still within 1 year since you've attended the training.
If you've had an existing license on the old website, scroll to My Orders and click on the Pay Button that's beside one of the orders to re-initiate your license on the new website.
Online Workshop - How to proceed to the next lesson
Once you've finished lesson 1, click on the green button "Complete Lesson".
Once that's clicked, click on the link underneath that button to proceed to the next lesson.
It might take a few seconds after you've watched the video until the green button becomes available, all good, it's only a brief time, then you get to click it and proceed.
Where and how do I submit my practicum?
Click on the link Practicum Submission and you’ll find everything there.
Download the helpful documents that will guide you.
If you've been trained in January 2019 and prior, and you've downloaded the practicum package that was then available, proceed on that track, or submit it online with the requirements in the link Practicum Submission. Totally your choice.
If you've been trained in February 2019 and onward, find your practicum submission and help within the link Practicum Submission.
Can’t see that link? That means you’re no longer in your 3 months temporary license and haven’t activated your license with us yet.
Please activate your license through the My Profile link and you'll see the Practicum Submission link and will be able to submit your practicum.
How many classes are required for my practicum?
6 classes minimum for your major program (if you’ve attended both training (adult and kids).
3 classes minimum if you are already a Facilitator in one program and you additionally get certified in your second program.
Remember, there's no rush, you have 1 year from your training weekend to submit your practicum. The more classes you teach, the better you get. We recommend this as a minimum.
Make sure when you review your video, you're happy with what you see, with your demonstration, your cueing, the way your participant dance along, etc.
How many participants are required in your practice classes?
5 participants is the minimum for the energy on the dancefloor. 2-3 will need to be new to groove.
We recommend not exceeding 15 people in your practice classes. Remember, you’re practicing something you’ve just learned.
How long do my practice classes need to be?
45-60 minutes for classes with adults.
Around 30 minutes for classes with kids.
Do I have to cover all categories in my classes?
The sets/segments are mandatory.
Introduction (opening circle/introduction), Pre-Warm-Up-Walk (no music),
Warm-Up (can be circulation-lubrication or an easy travel-isolation or rhythm-tempo.

Wake-Up-Song after Stillness
How long are Groove classes in general?
Anything from 45-90 minutes is great to cover a wide range of styles and moves.

Click on the Calendar link and you’ll find it there.
Can’t see it?
You’re a Provider, only Facilitators have access to sign up for the online enrichments.
You’re a Facilitator or a Designer, but your license is not active with us.

Where can I find helpful tools for my facilitation and classes?
Click on the link Facilitation Tools.
Where do I cancel my license?
Click into My Profile and into one of the payments you see for your license on the bottom.
Open it and you’ll be able to cancel it.
Remember, it will be cancelled on the day you are cancelling it.
You will no longer be allowed to provide GROOVE classes or classes based on the GROOVE philosophy.
Your license need to be active to do so.

Where do I find the Spotify Playlist links?
Click into Playlists, it’s right above within each playlist.
Where do I find the full Provider or Facilitator Spotify link?
Click into Facilitation Tools and search for Spotify.
Do I get a discount signing up for repeating a Training or attending a Master Class or GROOVINmyLIFE Workshop?
Yes you do!
Simply log in with your account and click on Calendar.
Your discounted rate to sign up with right there.
Groove Provider means you’re attended a training with us and apply for that discount.
Licensed Provider means you’ve attended a training and your license is active and you apply for an even more convenient discount.
Local Facebook Pages posts and handling
Within your 3 months temporary license and afterwards if your license is active with us, you’ll be added as an Editor to your local Country/State/City Facebook page, which is provided by us.
We are sending people who are interested to these pages to find classes, as well as to our Class Finder on our website.
What that means for you:
• Invite your friends to like this page.
• Create an event with your class(es) as that local FB page or add that page as a “Co-Host” for your event, so it shows up in the events of that page and it’s easy to find. Make sure it’s obvious who’s providing the class and where it is. Provided by, location, time, day, etc.).
• Create a flyer for your class and make a post on that page’s wall (directly, or share your post from your wall to that page). Make sure it’s obvious who’s providing the class and where it is. Provided by, location, time, day, etc.).
Don’t put too much stuff on those walls, or it’ll distract general participants who are looking for classes from what they wanna find, your classes.
People are looking for classes in areas and hopefully with those pages and with our class finder (make sure your classes are in there) we help you fill your classes.

Where do I enter my classes for the Class Finder?
As a licensed Facilitator or Designer, you’ll see the link My Classes and Bio.
Click on it and fill all your classes in.
You have the option to place your class as a 1 time event (ex March 1), or as a recurring event (ex. every Wednesday).
Don’t forget to check the type of your class (Adults, Kids, Family, YAH), depending on what you’ve been trained in.
Double check within our Class Finder afterwards, if your class is showing up.
Can I like a song?
Yes absolutely, simply click on the sign that’s there within the tutorials and playlists.
It will afterwards be found within My Favorites.
Can I create my own playlists?
Yes you can!
Simply click on the + sign that’s available right within the tutorials and playlists.
Give your playlist a name and that song will be in your playlist.
After you’ve collected your songs, click into My Playlists and into that created playlist.
You can move songs up and down and create a great flow by simply clicking on the song and dragging it up or down.
Can I print playlists, tutorials and more?
Yes you can, click on the Print Symbol of your browser.
How do I sign up for a Designer Training?
Simply log into your account and click on Calendar.
You’ll see the available Designer Trainings in there.
You’re an Adult and/or Kids Facilitator and your license is active.
You’ll see the option to sign up for right away in the event.
If you don’t see an option, that means you’re a Provider or your license is not active.
Can I purchase apparel?
Yes, for now all apparel has to be purchased through www.BodyGroove.com.
