The Young At Heart class is designed for seniors and accessible to seniors with varying levels of physical ability. The Classes are designed to be physically, cognitively, and creatively stimulating and incorporate a variety of different musical and dance styles. The YAH is a unique class that focuses on building body awareness, mobility and strength while nurturing interpersonal skills and creativity.

About Kim Valiquette
Kim Valiquette is a certified embodiment coach, teacher and dancer for over 20 years, who is passionate about helping people improve their lives and wellbeing through movement and dance. In 2016, Kim discovered the Groove method and she has been grooving ever since. She loves to groove because it makes her body feel good. She integrates groove into her coaching sessions as well as her regular weekly classes where people get to experience freedom and creativity.
