Classes are held on Monday & Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM CT USA. It's best to RSVP on www.johnnieanderson.com or send me a Facebook message with your full name and email address so I can add you to the weekly class notifications in case of a schedule change.
Just bring yourself ready to have a good time while nourishing your mind, body, and spirit! It's great to always have water, a yoga mat for the stillness/meditation segment, and a flowy scarf on hand.

GROOVE is such a Spiritual and Joyful experience...fully expressing yourself through singing, movement and dancing as the music inspires you to do!! This is so freeing while in action and brings on positive feel-good results mentally, attitudinally and physically. I've rolled this way ever since Mother and Dad introduced me to the world!
I am beyond grateful to be a part of the GROOVE movement as of 2018 and to watch joyful transformations while facilitating sessions! Communities are formed during GROOVE , GROOVE FIT AND GROOVE YAH classes! Most of all I'm grateful to do what I can to help each class participant realize "She/He is Enough."
