We are currently gathering Groovers to create a Livestream Groove Community Class.

The class progression includes:
10-15 minutes: Opening Set (arrival, connection & warm-up),
5-20 minutes: Play Set (the creative core of music/movement genre selections),
10-15 minutes: Closing Set (cool down, recovery, and stillness).

About Valerie Marengo
With roots in dance beginning at age three, Valérie's love of classical performance landed her on the stages of Italy living her dream! Studying and performing Russian/Vaganova and British/Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) methods and repertoire. Upon returning to the states she then majored in Dance at San Jose State University and also trained as an instructor for young children with RAD, and is currently teaching their Silver Swans® program, a 55+ senior ballet class adaptation.
