About Kathrine Levald

Im from Denmark. I teach yoga for plussize women, and now i also teach Groove. I have a passion for making moovement accesable. And my own meeting with groove has taught me, to get out of my comfotzone, and start mooving the way i like, instead of the way the teacher is saying. I find myself, living and moving more freely. And i love too invite you to join me in a place of moovement with joyment and accesability, no matter your shape and size
