Zoom classes are held Sundays at 10:00am MT USA.and Wednesdays 6:30 pm MT USA.
Please RSVP by sending me a message on Facebook or text with your full name and email address. I will add you to the weekly class notifications in case of a schedule change.
Please have water for yourself and you might want a yoga mat or if your house is chilly, a blanket as we do a stillness/meditation at the end.

About Lydia Smith
Lydia Smith has been in love with dance her whole life. A trained modern dancer in her 20s, she found Groove at the beginning of the Pandemic and it felt like coming home. She is a certified facilitator of the World Groove Movement and has decades of experience in movement, coaching, self-esteem development and creating meaningful rituals and group ceremony for all aspects of life. For her, Groove is a fun AND spiritual experience to inspire people to fall more madly in love with life, and push positive change.
