I fell in love with GROOVE in my first class. My goal was to become a facilitator by the age of 50 and I did it!!! 10 years in and I'm still doing it and loving it! I hope you will join me in a class soon to come explore this life changing dance experience! If you can move - you can GROOVE!!! You set the intensity of your workout.
