About Monica Douglas
Monica Douglas is a passionate dancer and certified facilitator of the World Groove Movement with over 20 years experience of working in the fields of movement, yoga, meditation and personal development.
Groove is part of her mission to enable clients, colleagues and loved ones to be well, abundant and impactful particularly after challenge, loss or life change. Her approach is enhanced by her experience as an award-winning wellbeing mentor, coach, business leader, yoga teacher trainer, ordained interfaith minister & spiritual counsellor.
Her vision is to inspire people to connect with their body, mind, heart and soul to reclaim their power and fulfil their potential.
