Experience the joy of creative movement from the comfort of your home in this fun, feel-good dance class for all fitness levels. No prior dance experience needed. If you can move, you can GROOVE!
Classes are most Saturdays at 9am Pacific Time. Please visit my website to check the class calendar and register to receive the Zoom link for one of my upcoming classes.
I believe fitness should be accessible to everyone so my classes are donation-based, $10 per class. Pay only if YOU can and please don't let money be the reason you don't come get your GROOVE on with me!

About Carissa Prati
I discovered Groove at a low point in my life and it's been a truly life-changing experience! I am happier, more grounded, and more confident than I've ever been and it's all due to the things I learned on the Groove Dancefloor.
Groove taught me to slow down, to really listen to my body, and to only move in a way that feels authentically good in MY body. Exercise is no longer something I feel obligated to do, it's a gift I choose to give myself every day. Groove truly has changed my life for the better and I look forward to sharing the magic with you!
