Join me and participants from around the globe for a sumptuous Sunday Groove class designed to add joy and fun to your weekend. Enjoy a wide range of music as you are guided theough through a fun, creative, full-body workout. No experience needed - if you can move, you can Groove! Class is 10 am Pacific, 1 PM Eastern. About Karen Wertman
I love sharing my passion for movement and joy with my fellow humans here in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area. I offer adult Groove classes on Thursday evenings in a gorgeous and spacious dance studio in the lovely Glenview neighborhood of Oakland, California. I also offer love, Sumptuous Sunday Groove classes virtually via Zoom.
In addition to dance and music, I'm an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast and enjoy walks, camping and getting out in nature as well as wine, cooking and food and travel. My goal with Groove is to help generate more joy, freedom and connection through movement. Let's dance to some amazing music, make some magic and have some fun together!
