Just bring yourself ready to have a good time while nourishing your mind, body, and spirit! It's great to always have water, a yoga mat for the stillness/meditation segment, and a flowy scarf on hand. By the way, the class is a mix of Adult and Fit ...low to high intensity. You get to choose how much to put into your moves based on what you'd like to get out of them! Freedom!!!

GROOVE is such a Spiritual and Joyful experience...fully expressing yourself through singing, movement and dancing as the music inspires you to do!! This is so freeing while in action and brings on positive feel-good results mentally, attitudinally and physically. I've rolled this way ever since Mother and Dad introduced me to the world!
I am beyond grateful to be a part of the GROOVE movement as of 2018 and to watch joyful transformations while facilitating sessions! Communities are formed during GROOVE , GROOVE FIT AND GROOVE YAH classes! Most of all I'm grateful to do what I can to help each class participant realize "She/He is Enough."
